Hello, people of the world. For those that don't know me directly, music has been my everlasting passion since I was 14 years old, and yet, my love and passion for it still continues to grow on a daily basis. I have never been timid in the context of spamming my social media accounts with my favorite songs, artists and live shows that I've attended; and so I figured, why not start your own website and go all out with it rather than resorting to social media and losing a minimum of 3 Twitter followers every every time I tweet about Oasis.
Here, I am going to incorporate articles, ranked lists & playlists, reviews of new albums and live shows, as well as giving a very personal outlook on my favorite artists, what they mean to me, why they're great. Oh, and last but not least, my notorious record collection.
Music is a universal language that can be interpreted in any way imaginable; you never truly know how much can come out of hearing just one song and what that one song can evolve into throughout your life. This website is going to be much more than your ordinary music blog, it will be much bigger than that. The reason I built this website was to not only document my favorite artists and albums throughout the years, but to be able to present it to those that are looking for something new in a more personable manner coming from a normal 25 year-old rather than corporate sponsors, magazines, social media and Hot 100 radio shove the same songs down their throat. These multi-million dollar media outlets have contracts with artists and record labels where they are paid to forcibly promote certain songs and artists regardless of the quality of the music or societal impact because at the end of the day, it all boils down to the mighty dollar; not here, it's just Rock 'n' Roll.
